Miscellaneous stuff (XPM for Win32, Oracle 8i on FreeBSD)

The site is outdated. Please use google site instead

FreeBSD

FreeBSD is an advanced open-source free UNIX-like operating system. I like it, especially because of surrounding Linux madness :)), although I'm using Linux too

If you want to try your strength, look at the FreeBSD Junior Kernel Hacker TODO list

Here is documentation about installing Oracle 8.1.7 on FreeBSD 4.x. It was submitted on August 2002, but still not committed :(.

See PR and SGML source.

XPM

XPM (X PixMap) is a format for storing/retrieving X pixmaps to/from files. For details see XPM readme.

It can be easily compiled on Win32. I supplied binaries here for my convenience and yours.
